Welding Positioner
Our welding positioners are manufactured in two different types as hydraulic welding positioners and gear system welding positioners. By attaching the workpieces on the positioners, you can optimize them for the welding process so that you can weld easily, comfortably and with high quality.

Our welding positioners enable the welding operator to adjust the optimal angle and rotate the workpiece, making the welding operator easier and better quality. In addition, welding positioners can be fixed to the ground according to the material weight.
Table rotation speed of our welding positioners can be controlled by the control system. It is also possible to adjust our welding positioners to work synchronously with column boom systems. Our welding positioners are manufactured with robust body structure against heavy working conditions, there are channels on the table for easy assembly, precise speed control can be adjusted, inputs-outputs and voltage protection system can be connected to the automation system. Optionally there is a manual or digital remote control system.
Our welding positioners are used in all companies engaged in welding. It can be manufactured from 50 kilograms to 20 tons with standard capacity and 30 tons as optional. In companies using automatic welding system, welding machine can be adapted to the section on our machine. Our welding positioners are mainly used in arc welding, tig welding and submerged arc welding applications. Our standard welding positioners have 2 axes. We also manufacture 3 axis L type welding positioners.
